On July 21, 2018, VIFON in Vietnam beat the World Guinness Record in preparing the largest portion of PHO soup. It is one of the most popular Vietnamese dishes, characterized by lightness and unusual aroma obtained thanks to the unique combination of spices. 55 chefs were involved in the record breaking, who cooked 1359 kg of world-known PHO soup using: 1188.91 liters of broth, 152.57 kg of rice dumplings and 58.89 kg of beef. The prepared dish was given to 1963 people, which was a reference to the date of company’s establishment.
